Bolo Western Tie Printed with a 36 inch ( rayon & cotton) cord and metal tips.
We can custom manufacture your design as a Bolo Western Tie in base metal or in solid lead-free pewter.

The base metal Bolos can be finished with a black, brass, gold or silver plating. The pewter Bolo Ties are available only with a pewter finish.

The image shown is of a Western Bolo Tie that we have made for another client. Your own custom design or shape (such as round, oval, square or rectangular) with applied colour fill can be manufactured in our plant.

The standard size is 1-1/2 inch long and the thickness of our Bolo is 3 mm; thicker sizes are available at an extra cost.

  • Your merchandise is being picked up from our Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M3H 5Y2 warehouse.

Artwork Required - General  

We prefer to accept .AI or .EPS graphic file.



Other graphic formats may be used such as .BMP, .GIF, .JPG and .TIFF; however as they are not suitable for our production purpose, we must convert them to an .AI or .EPS format

Please convert your fonts to curves before saving your file.

  • .AI is created by Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.
  • .EPS is created by Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator


Please forward your artwork which has been created as an Adobe Photoshop .EPS (up to version V.CS2) file or as an Adobe Illustrator .AI (up to version V.10) file. We are PC format compatible. If you have copied or converted another file format to the above file type required, your converted graphics will not work.

Note: Actual production does not start until you have accepted the proof we send you without any modifications.

Revisions: One change to the paper proof is allowed. Additional changes are subject to a $70.00 per change charge.

Artwork for repeat orders

We will keep your artwork on file for future orders for a period of two years.

Artwork approval

A pre-production paper proof of your logo or message is sent to you for review, and a signed approval copy is required before we start production.

What is NOT Camera-Ready artwork?

Artwork that is a fax, hand drawing, photocopy, a printed piece like business cards, letterhead, post-it note, invoice or envelope or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, Microsoft Powerpoint, and PageMaker applications.

Artwork charges

What happens if I change the artwork after you have made the production tool?

A charge will be levied to make a new tool if changes are required after the initial approved tool has been made.

Scanned images

Scanned images are not suitable as an artwork file.

Minimum rush charge for this item is : US $250.00

  • We do not carry inventory due to the large variety of products that we manufacture, every order is custom produced.
  • Production time for this item is 28 working days . For example, if your signed sales confirmation and the signed artwork approval was received today ( Oct 4, 2022), your estimated shipping day would be Nov 10, 2022
  • If a faster shipping is required, there will be a US $250.00 rush charge fee. To find the earliest shipping date available for the delivery you require, please fill in the Contact usContact Us Form with the item number you are enquiring about and the delivery date you need.

Note: The above shipping times are working days calculated from the working day after we receive your final signed artwork and sales confirmation by fax in our office.

Sample Cost

  • This design shown on this page is not available for samples, as the design used on this item belongs to one of our customers.
  • We can provide the same product in a random different design for samples. The random sample DOES NOT include your personalized design.
  • The random sample cost for this item with a delivery schedule of 10 days, has a US $35.00 handling charge, PLUS the cost for each individual sample(up to 3 pieces).
  • The sample(s) will sent to you using your courier account. When you place a full order for the minimum shown on our web site, the handling charge will be credited back to your account. The product sample, however, is not returnable nor is the cost refundable.

How to Order

To order your merchandise, or to obtain a sample, or artwork proof, we require you to follow our system:

Choose the appropriate PDF order form from below, open it, complete on-line and then print. You may choose to print the form and then complete by hand.

Please note that you cannot send this form to us via the internet, only by fax. Our system is set up this way for your security.

If the same design is used for a repeat order there will be a re setup cost of $35.00

Our firm is a manufacturer of custom belt buckles using production-ready artwork supplied by our customers.

If you wish to have only one custom belt buckle manufactured for you, the minimum invoice charge is approximately $450.00 for a standard 2-D belt buckle in the size of 3" wide x 2" high. This includes your custom casting mold with our standard 4 week shipping.

Your actual cost will depend on the size of buckle you require and the details in your design.

If you wish to order a quantity of belt buckles that is less than our 30-piece minimum, there will be a $150.00 handling charge or a $450.00 minimum invoice cost.



Personalization available :

  • Unique numbering or names on our product is available at $0.50 (50 cents) for each character; with a setup charge of $90.00 for the process, and a minimum change of $2.50 for each (i.e.: Locker numbers or Thomas Becker).

  • Personalization usually, can be done to the product in which you are interested, but we must review your requirements before a quotation can be sent to you.

  • Will there be a common message on each item?
    We shall have to review a facsimile of your personalized list.



Virtual Proof:

You can send us your design to look at, but no virtual proof will be created for your project until
· You complete, sign and fax our Merchandise Order Form, OR
· You complete, sign and fax our Artwork Order Form.

If possible, supply your own production-ready artwork (preferred). This way you can spend as much time as you like creating the perfect look that is best for your chosen project.

Please allow five (5) working days for our artists to create a virtual proof of the product you require.

After we receive your signed artwork approval by fax, we will send you a Sales Confirmation. Only after we receive your signed Sales Confirmation by fax, we will start producing your order.
