  • We need 12 working days to process your request.
  • If you have approved your final artwork and your paper work has been completed today(Sep 21, 2023), the estimated shipping date will be: Oct 6, 2023.
  • Your merchandise is being picked up from our Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M3H 5Y2 warehouse.
  • To obtain information about your shipping costs and delivery time, please check the Fedex or UPS websites.
TThe purpose of good artwork is to ensure that your artwork, when engraved, is clean and sharp looking. Therefore, it must be that way to begin with or Impression cannot guarantee a good clean etch.

In order to avoid art charges, please forward your artwork as a vector based file that has been created as an Adobe Photoshop.EPS (up to version V.CS2) file or as an Adobe Illustrator.AI (up to version V.10) file format. Please ensure that the artwork is strictly in BLACK & WHITE, no grey scale or colour images can be accepted. We are PC format compatible.

We cannot accept a raster image or bitmap image saved as one of these file extensions. If you have copied or converted another file format to the above file type required, your converted graphics will not work.

Fonts: For most projects, you will want to convert text to curves (or outlines, depending on your software). This will prevent unwanted font substitution when we open your files on our end, otherwise it will be very expensive to reset the font faces you require.

Note: Actual production does not start until you have accepted the proof we send you without any modification.

Rush Charge Info


Minimum rush charge for this item is : US $150.00

  • We do not carry inventory due to the large variety of products that we manufacture, every order is custom produced.
  • Production time for this item is 12 working days . For example, if your signed sales confirmation and the signed artwork approval was received today ( Sep 21, 2023), your estimated shipping day would be Oct 6, 2023
  • If a faster shipping is required, there will be a US $150.00 rush charge fee. To find the earliest shipping date available for the delivery you require, please fill in the Contact usContact Us Form with the item number you are enquiring about and the delivery date you need.

Note: The above shipping times are working days calculated from the working day after we receive your final signed artwork and sales confirmation by fax in our office.

Less Than Minimum Cost

We do not carry inventory due to the large variety of products that we manufacture; every order is custom produced.

  • A handling charge of US $50.00 is added to your invoice if your order is for less than our minimum quantity (12 Piece )
  • We would like to acquaint you with our less than minimum order handling cost

Sample Cost

  • This design shown on this page is not available for samples, as the design used on this item belongs to one of our customers.
  • We can provide the same product in a random different design for samples. The random sample DOES NOT include your personalized design.
  • The random sample cost for this item with a delivery schedule of 10 days, has a US $35.00 handling charge, PLUS the cost for each individual sample(up to 3 pieces).
  • The sample(s) will sent to you using your courier account. When you place a full order for the minimum shown on our web site, the handling charge will be credited back to your account. The product sample, however, is not returnable nor is the cost refundable.

How to Order

To order your merchandise, or to obtain a sample, or artwork proof, we require you to follow our system:

Choose the appropriate PDF order form from below, open it, complete on-line and then print. You may choose to print the form and then complete by hand.

Please note that you cannot send this form to us via the internet, only by fax. Our system is set up this way for your security.

If the same design is used for a repeat order there will be a re setup cost of $35.00

Packing


To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers, additional packaging is required. $10.00 per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.

Personalization


 

Personalization available :



  • Unique numbering or names on our product is available at $0.50 (50 cents) for each character; with a setup charge of $90.00 for the process, and a minimum change of $2.50 for each (i.e.: Locker numbers or Thomas Becker).


  • Personalization usually, can be done to the product in which you are interested, but we must review your requirements before a quotation can be sent to you.


  • Will there be a common message on each item?
    We shall have to review a facsimile of your personalized list.

    Marble - Single colour included, additional colours $10.00 each piece, each colour
  • Colour fill set up - $45.00 for each colour
  • Standard colours include Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green.
  • While standard colours usually suffice, occasionally specific PMS colours are required. Although we cannot guarantee an exact match, we are able to mix enamels to get as close as possible to your Pantone (PMS) colour:
  • The Pantone colour matching service charge is $20.00 per colour.
